Why iBharat
Students often graduate with degrees, certificates and academic projects, and almost no experience of how product work actually gets done.
iBharat recreates that environment while you are still in college.
Traditional college
iBharat studio
Graduate with experience, not just a certificate.
What is the program
You are not taught how product management works on slides. You operate inside a simulated product company.

10
Teams
6
Students per team
Each team receives a product assignment. The team owns it end to end and must deliver it by the end of the program.
The real company simulation
Each team receives a professional working environment. The objective is to teach not only what companies do, but how work actually gets done inside them.
Company-style email identity. You learn how work is actually written, not just how it is presented.
Team channels, async updates, and the communication habits product teams use every day.
User stories, epics, sprints, ownership, bugs and delivery. Not a to-do list in a notebook.

Continue the work with a real product team after the studio.
A written LOR tied to the product you shipped and how you showed up.
Instructor
Product work across Paytm, barq, Testbook and Vogo Automotive. Computer science and entrepreneurship. iBharat is the studio he wished existed in college: a real team, real tools, a product that has to ship.

FAQ
12 weekends over three months. Saturday and Sunday, 10:00–13:00 IST, plus 4–6 hours of team work between weekends. January 2027 batch: 2 Jan to 21 Mar.
College students. Sixty seats. You will be placed on a 6-person team and assigned a product. You do not need to already be a PM. You do need to show up.
60 students → 10 teams → 6 students per team. Each team receives a product assignment and owns it end to end: discovery, design, development, launch, users, analytics, iteration.
No. Teams are assigned a product. That is the point: you learn to operate on a brief, the way a first job actually works. Your application should say what you will bring to a team of six.
Professional work email, Slack, Jira, Miro, Figma, and Firebase (or another analytics platform). You ship to web, Android or iOS depending on the assigned product.
Teams are cross-functional. Some of you will write code; all of you will own the product. You still write the spec, sit in Jira, and stand behind the launch.
Fill the form. The site emails ibharatbagrodia@gmail.com directly. That is the only address. Applications are screened. A seat is offered only in a selection mail from that same address. Do not pay before that mail.
iBharat and Bharat email only from ibharatbagrodia@gmail.com. Check the From line character by character. Lookalikes, extra numbers, a different domain, WhatsApp, SMS, or Telegram are scams. We will never ask you to pay from any other address.
Listed at ₹20,000. This batch is ₹14,999, all-in. Never pay on this site. Never pay before a selection mail from ibharatbagrodia@gmail.com. Payment instructions come only in that mail. The welcome kit ships after payment.
After selection and payment: the Product Book, an iBharat T-shirt, and a Product Notebook.
A paid part-time internship and a letter of recommendation, based on performance during the program, not attendance.
Yes. Finish the work and Bharat signs a certificate of recommendation tied to the product you shipped, and writes a LinkedIn recommendation about that work.
Apply anyway. After screening, if the batch is full you are waitlisted in order for a seat that opens before 2 Jan, or first in line for the next batch.
